Client Counseling Videos

These 5 minute videos, available in both English and Spanish, are based on the Trans-theoretical Model of Behavioral Change, and help move clients from pre-contemplation to contemplation or from contemplation to planning.  The messages included in these videos were developed based on focus groups conducted with adolescents and young women in 2010.
